It is not all inclusive. Breakfast was included. We had a rental car and had multiple meals while out and about. Restaurant pricing was moderate. You fly into San Jose. Recommend you either rent a car or get a driver.

Haha... yes they are welcome anytime 🙌🏾 There is a Caribbean side as well with delicious food, beaches and culture closer to Caribbean... we wanted to visit but could not make the logistics work (approx 5 to 6 hours by car from this location).
