I thing is the game devs design this game like that in order to counter map rendering cuz it will shutter/fps drop if he flies at super sonic speed. And in games like DBZ the map level of detailing is very low which makes it easier to render

If Insomniac DID develop it, I guarantee there would be 20-minute unskippable cut scenes with glorified QTE, where you wait patiently for the next button prompt to appear on screen. The only way a marvel esc game will work now is if it’s open world free roam similar to spider man 2. Anything else is a L. No mission menus like DMC. Kills the immersion and the fun. Open world with a story.
