Wow. When you build your suit, Iron man is so powerful. I bought MC 4 days ago and I love it. I play only with spider man(15 games so far), but after your playthrough, I feel that Iron man may become my the most favorite hero from the base game. I must try him next time.

Great job as always. Spiderman and Iron Man make a great combo. Took a while to stabilize, but then you thumped him good, although all those encounter cards when he went to stage 3 was nerve-rattling. :)

I am sorry I am just getting into this game and have a question. You have Black Cat out. Why do you not attack with her? Eeven though it is just 1 damage every one would seem to count especially as she does not take damage back on attack.

@Daren Reeves The only reason not to attack with Black Cat would be if an enemy has retaliate. Hope that helps, and thanks for watching!

32:27 shouldnt it have been 4 threat? Green Goblin and Goblin Soldier? And at 44:40 the same, Green Goblin counts as a Goblin. ;)

I like the Green Goblin scenarios very much, they really are a challenge! The second one (mutagen formula) even more! Keep up the good work! Still have a lot to figure out to make my playthroughs such a good quality....

@@SaschaKleiber Just another case of Dale the forgetful Casual Gamer. I've found playing solo, without someone to help remind me of the little things, mistakes will happen, and it's ok. Even the really big name KZbinrs aren't perfect. We are all human. So don't let that stop you from posting your playthroughs (certainly hasn't stopped me!). You have good thumbnails, and I like the intro you have! It will take some time through trial and error to figure out the best place for audio and how to position the lights, and put the camera in a place that's not too much in the way. Good luck!!

Dale. Very good play through super good decisions. My only question is why would you ever defend with Ironman. The 1 prevent is so minimal. But you are definitely ready for heroic my friend.

Haha ... thanks, but I'm good with the core rules! I'll leave Heroic to the hard-core gamers. Until recently, even though I'm more of a "solo KZbin gamer", most of my plays were multi-player and the normal mode was plenty of a challenge for casual play. :) As for defending with Iron Man, his main stats for attack and defense are just a 1, so not much damage or defense either way. His main play comes from his tech ... and sometimes that 1 health is just enough to stay alive or allow him to stay in Hero mode one more turn. I use his main card mainly for thwarting or pinging minions, so depending on the situation, I may defend once and a while. Thanks for watching, and good luck with your plays!!

Great play through. Protection Iron Man is probably my favorite deck to play with those barriers. When those two pumpkin bombs detonated near the end, you could have triggered all three barriers to redirect that dmg, right? Resolving each bomb in sequence...?

Thanks! And yes. They don’t exhaust, so for every damage coming in, you can re-direct to an enemy. I’m sure I could have used them a bit more, but I like saving for when it’s definitely needed to save a life. :) I love playing Iron Man ... just takes a while to get him set up.

hey can i ask you question? im new to this game, i wanna ask when you reveal a minion card in boost phase for villain attack or scheme, after applying boost that minion go to discard pile or engage with your hero like in encounter phase? thank you

@HighStakes Welcome the fun world of Marvel Champions! For villain boosts to attacks or scheming, you only look at the boost icons, and on some cards boost abilities, and then discard. (unless the boost ability states to put the minion in play). Hope that helps, and happy gaming! :)

@@DaletheCasualGamer They may do a "heavy" month in North America, just to get everything back on track. Part of it, is our stock is not coming from the same place as North American stock, and another part, is FFG is owned by Asmodee, and they didnt want to let their personal core base down, and a third part is that FFG chose to close, whereas the rest of Asmodee chose to stay open.

Thanks! I'm in the U.S. and distribution was stopped when FFG closed down for the virus. Rumor is Black Widow will release in the US in June, Dr. Strange in July, and then the Hulk in August. I'd really prefer a mass release to get the US caught up with the rest of the world. :)

I think on goblin reinforcement side scheme you should add a marker for green goblin since they ask plus 1 per goblin and not goblin minion
