Feel like sometimes Buckys strength is inconsistent translating from TV to movies. It feels like he’s straining on the Falcon and winter soldier but here he’s not really putting out any effort.

Bucky was holding back in F+WS cause he was afraid of becoming the WS again. You got moments of him not holding back in that show but it seems like how that he's in a good place and has accepted all parts of himself he knows who he is and isn't afraid of the WS aspect of him anymore. That was the whole purpose of the TV show...to get Bucky to that point.
