Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor while maintaining appropriate language for all ages, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

I DON'T like when BAFs re-use parts. It's a practice that's totally fine for regular figures, but when you're buying 6-8 figures for a BAF, it should be unique. Give this figure Abomination legs rather than Rhino legs and it would make a world of difference. Kudos to Hasbro for the fantastic deco on this figure, though.

Buuuutt... If you think about it, Hasbro may have done it intentionally to make it easier to build Rhino (for customizers) since most of the figures in the Rhino wave are really over priced/hard to find but with some paint you can save yourself around $40 for one leg But yeah unique Abomination parts would've been nice

The scale with the hulk is pretty good. Classic abomination stat were 6'8" 980lbs. While Classic hulk(green) Was 7' 1040lbs. The gray hulk was the smallest in terms of height 6'6". But in the comics and movie. He was bigger than the hulk. Which was weird. Since going off comic stats. The hulk is supposed to be larger. The abomination just have a higher base strength.

So interestingly enough, has anyone else noticed the teeth are painted differently on the 2 figures? Ive seen it that way in many videos' and I also have both. Which, I have noticed a huge difference in how the teeth are shown, SDCC more dull human like, BAF more sharp pointed type. Just wondering lol.

Yo Sharty Primo! In your size comparison between the Abomination and the Hulk, you stated "even though the Abomination is supposed to be bigger (taller)". I know you're aware this is the comic Abomination and for one, he's 6'8 to the Hulk's 7'6. Furthermore, with the exception of the time the grey Hulk (6'6) fought the Tyrannus controlled Abomination, he (Emil) has never been drawn larger than the Hulk. Most artists have erroneously drawn them the same size but that's it. Movie Abomination: bigger, cartoon abomination bigger for sure. Not comic Emil. If anything, the Hulk figures should be a little larger (I'm thinking the next Hulk figure we get, movie or otherwise, will be a BAF). The Doc green fig is definitely not massive enough compared to the Abom BAF. Forgive but I'm a stickler for accuracy. As much as I loved the Toybiz abomination, I hated that it was bigger than any Hulk figure to date. At least this one (which I like a lot also) is a smidge shorter than the Hulk so I'm kool with the comparison as well.

The one thing that I can't stand about this figure is the teeth. They look horrible and not in the good-bad way! Hasbro needs to step up their teeth game with these figures. Paint the whole damn tooth instead of just the front. Shart, ever think about having more structured critique segments for shortcomings and strengths? t's not like you don't mention them but having segments separated by title cards could give you the opportunity to go in-depth with certain issues or highlights. Using this video as an example -Shortcomings being the weird molding on the head, the lack of paint on the legs, and the teeth, and possibly the height -Strengths being an excellent sculpt and an excellent color scheme that may not be comic-accurate but still preserves the integrity of the character while letting the creators actually be creative.
