Spider-Carnage! I remember this dude back in the 90's Spider-Man cartoon, during the series finale! In that show, it was actually an alternate Peter, or perhaps a clone of Ben Reilly. Either way, it's cool to see this character again. ^^

Had my younger brother pick this guy up for me from Wal-mart late one night. Great figure, only wanted him for the Carnage parts though, lol. This is my first Marvel Legends figure, so while I'm aware the sculpt is reused a lot, I was still a little disappointed with the legs. They seem a bit off. I also wish the figure came with some tendrils for his back, that would have been sweet.

I recently customized this figure to make it look more comic accurate to how it did in most of Bagley’s books, and so far, I’m happy with how it turned out! I changed the dark blue to a black, and then I highlighted it with blue highlights to give it a better color balance. I also added those blue highlights to the logos since it’s supposed to match the blue of the suit, which a lot of colorists get wrong. Because of the how comic book highlighting is done, it’s gotten the same misconception as Spider-Man 2099 lmao. I also added blue highlights to the lenses frames, as that’s how it was often colored in during the 90s, but it’s not really necessary. After finishing it, I’ve come to realize how important the coloring is for the Sensational suit. It really needs the black with blue highlights, as the flat blue makes it wayyyy too boxy and naked lmao

With this head and 3 vintage spider-man figures [due to the fact this head is slightly brighter and new vintage pizza spidey match it better than old one] you can easly create 6 arms spider doppleganger, there is a nice tutorial on the yt, showing the easiest way to attach the 4 extra arms to the pizza spider body. So with this head you can have two options, regular 6 arm mutated spider-man or swap the head on and you have the new doppleganger =)
