I wasnt real happy with this Blade either. I ordered a custom 3d printed wesley snipes head, and swapping the arms out as soon as i find a set im happy with. It really is disappointing when these companies do stuff like this.

So the recipe is one Valaverse figure, a custom Weasley Snips head, a random trenchcoat, two Vala or Classified pistols and a sword. Got it. Saved me spending the $25 on Hasbros Westley Screams. I joke though. That bash is fire and so is the 3d print. As always, keep it 100.

No he leaves it open so you can use it on multiple different figure lines if you want l use blu putty to give it a nice nug fit/feel

Glad you showed that you can fix the arms a bit with some shaving. I wasn't even planning on using the coat, I have a soft goods wired black coat I was planning on using for Blade when he finally came out. The coat already looks good with the Valaverse body and the Marvel Legend's SHIELD Agent two pack head. Was trying to decide if I should just get some glasses and use some other blades and guns I already have and call it a day for Blade then this one was announced. I do like the screaming head, though I really wished we had a neutral expression. The underbody is a win for me, good to know it can still be usable. I had almost changed my mind in picking him up through most of the video. Like come on, how you going to have so little range of motion on Blade?

Nice idea, and there are other black coat options available if ML Blade is out of reach. Manchine Baf wave Red Skull comes to mind. I'm just hoping we get a Spiderman Animated series version of Blade, either on a retro card or part of a VHS two pack with Morbius being the perfect foe in that set.

Other then the arms this is a home run to me and I barely buy ML. This fits perfect with my Punisher display and will go PERFECTLY with the Ramen racer as the Blade car from the movie.

I remember the interview at one of the comic cons and they said which would we rather have, 100 figures a year or 30. I'd rather have 30 good ones. Right now, I think I've gotten 5 so far this year? Most of them on clearance. And I think it was the same interview they said that Marvel Legends were producing the best figures every. Hard nah.

Snipes was my intro to Blade and liked the lore but part three and current marvel are just sad days. A blade figure should come with an optional coat massive weapons and at least three heads I seen Mattel do this for their wrestling figures would love that for blade

I had decided to pull the trigger on the daredevil wave blade because of the same disappointment for the new one. I ordered a soft goods coat, black shirt and black pants. I’m gonna shave the ankle part off for better motion with the feet and then throw the pants over it. I’ve already given him all of the new blade’s weapons and he looks good

One Question tho, what's the hardness on the sculpts, is it like moderate hard PVC or is it dense to the point that if theres a thin piece of plastic it's going to break easy if I'm not careful, I ordered 2 samurai heads a while ago. and 1 was broken when I squeezed it too hard, or the shiroko part of the kaboto to be specific, just wanna know incase I feel like purchasing some heads from daisho later down the line.

For me they are the same as most prints but the way he paints I unfortunately dropped mine a few times and it didn't scratch at all or chip because of a layer of coating that he probably uses as a finish so I got lucky. But if there's really things parts I'm sure they could break since it's 3d printed.

Your kit bash is the Blade that I wanted. A Blade figure should be highly possible. A Blade figure needs his gear (sword, guns, and hand blades). The sword sheath needs to be connected to trench coat or hidden underneath it. The head sculpt needs a bad a$$ vibe to it. That fangs head sculpt is fine as an alternate head, but not as the only option. This isn't hate on Hasbro. It's just frustrating that we only get a Blade figure every 3-5 years and when we do it's mid or straight trash. I'm the going to hit your boi up on Etsy. I need the painted head, sunglasses and weapons.

The blade really needed better arms, butterfly joints and vertical hinges on his holding hands and yeah a plain head sculpt. It's frustrating they did same with figures like thunderstrike and the hood who are just screaming but then the siryn who's powers are too scream has just a plain head 🤦. Great custom though I was looking at roadblock from classified line but this is great.

Looks good but I'm stuck with that crop too tight fade from thr Wesley Snipes movie. They could have given Snipes as the 1st Marvel movie if in recognition. Snipes did burn a lot of Bridges in Hollywood though. But Snipes was/is BLADE.
