Well techincally the trigger finger hand is accurate since during the Deadpool Corp fight, Logan used one of the Pool's guns for about 10 seconds. Not a lot but it has purpose?

The reason the swords are tight is because you put them in upside down. When worn on the back or hip, a katana’s blade always faces upward (downward curve) 👍

Hey robo. Here’s a tip if you’re trying to put the shoulder pads on while having the sleeveless look. For mine all I did was buy 1.5cm mini black rubber bands (circle shaped) and superglued them beneath the shoulder pads directly in the middle. The only way to place it on the shoulder for it to properly stay and hold is in between the armpit and the butterfly socket joint.

Great review! I bought a ZD Toys Deadpool before I'd seen the movie, I didn't like their Wolverine so I was happy with him going solo. Then, I saw the movie, and now, buyer's remorse is creeping in and I want the gruesome twosome to be together. I also discovered that as well as not having any gold accents, the ZD toys did NOT have full scabbards for the katanas. That has pretty much sealed the deal and I have to get these Marvel Legends figures. One thing I did notice about the Marvel Legends Deadpool is that the scabbards on it are wrong, they have been reused from the previous figure! The design on the & version is completely different, so, I guess neither of them is perfect. Regarding Wolverine, Manipple is releasing custom bare arms with gauntlets that are a straight swap. I'll definitely get some when I get mine.

the right trigger finger hand is actually really smart on Hasbro's part because during that panning shot of deadpool and wolverine fighting all the other deadpool's for a brief shot Logan did actually just grab one of the deadpool's gun and just straight out shoot one of them.

I'm checking the video out because I miss collecting so it's fun to see. Hope to collect again one day when I am in a better situation. My only figure left is Xamot that I finally found at a Ross for 5.99 I also used to have his brother which was the only brother available forever. Unfortunately a bag of mine was stolen with Tomax, like maybe five more classified figures. A black series Darth maul with the robot legs and the Christmas speeder bike trooper with grogu in the satchel 😢 also the coronation starscream A storage shell turtle and a few more figures I had accumulated from Ross on the cheap lol! Also had some Lego I was and am homeless so I shouldn't collect at all but can't help buying some at 5.99 a pop. I have found minor work here and there. One day. I might have to move as it's extremely expensive where I'm at and hard to get work due to numerous reasons. Really enjoyed watching the customization process! I've made a few just kit bashers with no real reason other than the figures were meh lol! A couple were power Rangers and a few McFarlane but not based on actual characters

Great review, the Logan figure has the best looking resemblance to Hugh Jackman. The one thing I noticed is that there isn’t any neck vertebrae on Headpool as there was in the film, which can probably be taken from the white caped Doctor Doom accessory.

The figures are quite good. I really like the mod though. Have fun in Mythicland! We didn’t see them but man I kinda want to see full costume Cyclops, Jean, and Storm in colorful comic glory. Yeah I know they did it with the younger 1st class kiddos. I wanna see Femke, Haile, and James. It’s a novelty, sure. Show em for a few seconds in Secret Wars. I’ll probably just have to look for fan art. But figure wise…good stuff. Hasbro-black costume updates please…

I finally did this for anyone else who might be worried. The hardest parts are getting the sleeveless arms out of the butterfly joint, getting the wrist guards off and then fitting them on the new arms. It's really not that hard. If I can do it, you can do it.

Good thing marvel legends' heads are all swappable. this logan's face is nonchalant. But I have the teeth gritting face from the white tank top Logan & the shouting face from the brown leather jacket Logan. Time to swap heads! 🤣 Also, i don't care about movie accuracy. After swapping the sleeveless arms from the white tank top logan body into this yellow suit wolverine, I would glue those two blue shoulder pads back on the black butterfly joints while having sleeveless arms for comic book & animated accuracy. All we need is a pair of bloody claws, suit damaged with bullet holes & two angry heads with cowel on; - one teeth gritting, & the other is shouting. 😅

Man, I'm so torn on this Wolverine. It looks good... but the long crotch and small and low shoulders bug me SO much. Bandai's looks decent, but that one looks less detailed and the heads look off. I loved Wolverine in this movie, so I might just bold off for the inevitable, more accurate Mafex. Your custom job on Wolverine helps a lot with the low shoulders, though. Looks great! I just... don't have the tools or energy to do that myself 😅

I've seen someone use the G.I. Joe Classified Zamot or Tomaz arms for the sleeveless mod. Those figures are mostly on clearance. So they wont break the bank like the tanktop Logan. It's also best to wait 48 hours before handling things painted with the chrome paint pens. It gives time for the paint to harden and not rub off.
