But it was sort of off still the face was longer and elongated, felt like a comic inspired face than it should had been. Its like comparing the Mark I two pack Tony head to the new Endgame one, they both are good but the Endgame one edges it out.

Really it's hard to justify not having Strange in this wave when he's all over the trailer. Who knows how his outfit will be altered for his 2nd(but his 5th appearance in the MCU) and the 2nd film is going to be a while away. With Raimi at the helm they might try to brink the comic design more into the suit like What If did.

Well it could be possible that this figure will likely get repainted for the 2nd Doctor Strange movie wave, but i see it as a positive note cause I'm gonna make a wild guess many people will go for this newer version, cause if he does become hard to come by then I'm counting on the 2nd Doctor Strange movie wave as a second chance to get him.

Ok so has anyone else ever noticed Strange has the cross emblem thingy he has on his chest in the comics in the movies? I never noticed it till rewatching the film the other night. Its a very subtle design the Cross thingy is a lighter shade of blue and the way he wesrs his robes makes it look like the emblem. Its very subtle but once you notice it you can't unsee it. I noticed it in the scene where he first wears the blue robes when he walks in for a lesson about the mirror dimension in the film. Even cooler its on this figure as well. Look closely and you can see it

It was confirmed that Doctor Stange is getting an even more comic accurate costume for his next film. I also expect we'll get Wong, Scarlett Witch, and America Chavez in the wave for Multiverse of Madness

I’m glad they made this so we can team up Doc with Spidey in time for the movie, even if another Strange is inevitable with his film coming relatively soon after. If his suit isn’t different in Multiverse of Madness I wouldn’t be surprised if the Strange that’s part of that movie’s initial wave was like an astral form or some different non-normal looking variant so that this one still holds value and you have a reason to get that second one too.

I know this is probably an unpopular opinion, but going off what you said about the rough edges on the magic effects looking more accurate, I actually kind of like the warped effect from the soft plastic. I don't imagine his runes being perfectly flat either(because of the turning/sparking) so it kinda....works? Idk maybe that's just me!

For a Jame Rhodey figure u can cut Kofi Kingston hair and make him as James Rhodes where u can put his head in a camilian body.

Before, I liked the doctor strange figure from the dormammu baf wave. But I gotta admit that the doctor strange figure from the armadillo baf wave is the more better looking figure... Even the articulation looks better. When Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness comes out next year, we're definitely going to be getting this same figure again and scarlet witch from the disney plus wave that we got recently.

But the sculpt is really nice, I love the hair. I think the perfect Strange figure would have that older head and cloak and then this new body. Would it be possible to see how that looks?
