I think the web lines not lining up is probably a reference to the show like the ears being noticeable, I bet the costume was separate around that point

i think with this spiderman because its the Japanese tv spiderman he doesnt actually do any like over the top crazy gymnastics. so like yeah i wouldve preferred the butterfly joints but its not like atrocious that he hasnt got them.

Looking forward to getting this guy. Gonna take off the communicator and maybe pop on a different head. It’s just a cool aesthetic when compared to other Spider-Man figures. Like it’s how he’d actually look like in real life when compared to the highly detailed designs from other live action series

Why’d they skip over marks Spider-Man of 77’ the American tv show? Basically had the same costume but had a wild looking single web shooter and the web shooter cartridge utility belt and the aviator mirrored goggles on the mask and had like rubber boots over the spandex boots and rubber gloves, much more detail and probably harder to produce now I guess

Honestly, they should have used the Lightning Collection body, not only would it look more screen accurate, but it would also gain butterfly joints and a rotating diafram joint

My huge issue is with this figure, is that they didn’t give him at least butterfly joints in the shoulders. I’ve kinda mellowed out over the use of an older body mold but the butterfly joints should’ve been on there man

Does he not a shin swivel? And how far back and forward do the ankles go? Also how’s the ankle rocker? Either way good review glad I saw it, it looks better than I thought.

No shin swivel. Ankles are tight but the movement seems like the normal amount for legends
