5:19 Same arms, except the shoulders are backward on Sentry. The render on the package shows them assembled correctly. He's pretty much the same formula as Gorr. They both have a new torso, new head, new alternate head, and Grim Reaper limbs; excluding the hands and feet and Gorr's shoulders are facing the right way. They even have the same misrepresentation of the figure on the packaging with Gorr's render showing pinless arms and legs. Razorback uses a young Thor torso with Hyperion arms and legs like the new Captain Britain figure.

I wasn't overly bothered by the plastic free packaging as I open all my figures. Until I bought Sentry!!!! The box image shows him with a darker orange wash that really highlights the physique. Veins in his arms stand out as does all definition. He is a slimmer buck than I'd like but as he still looked powerful I was okay with it. Until I opened it and the actual figure is pale and washed out. He just looks a bit flat and lacking any detail.

His eyes aren’t as blacked out/depressed as it is on the cover which is a bummer. Also the proportions are different :(

This sentry should have used the Vulcan body .Am still waiting on the customizer to combine those two figures. They make void sentry in the red and blue costume with the black hair.

You don't need to buy a new Sentry. Use the old hyperion body for The Void. Also, Im not really a fan of wind swept hairs but I understand the engineering part of why they do that.

It was moonstone head they reused million times and most recent was with retro black cat figure, it’s still good head but I don’t get why don’t they use different head/hair like Satana head from same thunderbolts pack, that was almost never reused to my knowledges

I like Sentry, and this figure looks really nice, and It refreshing that a Hasbro figure actually released fairly quickly after being revealed (even if Walgreens won’t get them for a while) Does this guy have any problems with gumminess, Dan Who made some comments about that in his review and it got me nervous…

The figure itself is pretty good and a suits the look of the character more than the previous release, but the thing that irks me the most is on the box, which portrays the fist hands in a vertical position, which is not only in accurate to the figure, but also false advertising in general.

I rarely spend the money to buy a second figure to have its alternate head in a display. Although in this case to your point it is a completely separate character so it's really your call. If it were me I would skip the second figure save that money for a completely unique figure.

This figure is actually on the Walgreens website now I just ordered one myself for those who’re looking! I’m gonna have to customize a good head, change the boots with the Capt Mar-Vell figure to get those metallic blue boots. I already have a custome Sentry figure I made because the All Father one was way too big and just horrible! But I took the Gauntlets off of the Apocalypse wave Magneto the black and red one and painted them metallic blue to match the boots so I’m going to put those on my Sentry. Because idk why they didn’t put Sentry’s gauntlets on him how they’re supposed to be. They’re supposed to come almost all the way up to his knuckles damn near but they come to his wrist on this figure.

Get the second character for the reason you mentioned, and to have a second flaming head that can be used as a transitioning Ghost Rider (might have to paint it to get it to look perfect)

I might bite my tongue with this comment but it's amazing how the Marvel Legends line gets to explain that with not so completely new molds, they can raise their prices. Meanwhile, McFarlane does a lot of new molds, are bigger figures, and have better attempt at sculpting (debatable) yet are cheaper (at least in my area). But who knows, maybe McFarlane will increase the prices later down the line too.

I had to return mine because he was so gummy and his left arm broke shortly after opening as I was trying to pose him. His chest and crotch seemed to be harder plastic, but arms and legs felt more like rubber than plastic. Thanks for your review.

They are still reusing heads if they can, the X-Men villains pack Vertigo has the Invisible Woman head and hair, all. Like that figure has literally nothing new just a paintjob, yet wants to represent a totally different character.

Despite this being on the Grim Reaper body and therefore my excitement being very low for this figure I think I’ve actually come around to it. It’s not incredible but it’s ok, and a fairly good representation of the character, and definitely and marked improvement of Hasbro’s previous attempt (which was not that hard to do, to be fair, but still)

The face on the Maria Hill head that comes with Quake looks very similar to the one on Domino/Copycat from the X-Force 3-pack. They might be the same head sculpt with different hair pieces.

Hey MCU Collector, here's a suggestion for you. Don't het another Sentry. Do get a Spider-Man Noir and see if the Void head will fit. One of his looks was as a trenchcoat wearing shadowy gangster. You could paint the skull and hair black. Leave the flames.

I don't know, I thought the old body mold was nice! Eventhough the new one is more comic accurate. To be honest I didn't even realize they re-ussed the head. But Imo it seems to fit. As always great video!

Walgreens Are toy collectors not going into Walgreens to buy toys because they are interested? Or Are toy collectors not buying toys from Walgreens because Walgreens has no toys to sell? In my experience they had one or two things and that was it. Everyone else was not for collectors. It was for little kids whose parents aren't going to buy them stuff. They weren't first to get items. They were dead last is a lot of cases. Then the pandemic hit and it made this problem even worse. I should be going in to get a figure and walk out with 30 bucks worth of other groceries. Not go in, find nothing, then walk out. Sentry The body is better then the old but it's still an old body. It's not pushing the design. I feel this isn't definitive. Like you get a Retro Spider-man/RYV, you feel this is pretty definitive until they make something better. This feels like they could have done better. Especially given their choice of hands.

I just got mine, I have been waiting for him since I seen it talked about. Other than the head sculpts I’m just not impressed. I really don’t like these body sculpts. His arms and legs feel gummy. Not impressed at all. I’ll still display both of mine one with the Void and one with the regular head sculpt, but I’ll still have to say that the old Sentry is far superior. ✌🏽
