For making the game fun but with an eye to keeping rules to a minimum is always good in my book. Partner of the Year = Glass Cannon. Love seeing playthroughs of games, always something to reflect on, and magpie for your own games. Product of the Year = Deadpool Roleplays the Marvel Universe. Wow, what a fresh and fun way to offer content in an affordable way. Simply the best release so far. Additional reward... Content Creator of the Year = Fuzzy on the Details 👍. I'm already looking forward to the HQ rules you've mentioned previously.

A little tidbit on the HQ rules - the Blood Hunt players and I just made a HQ for the team in last night’s game using the rules, and I think they worked out really well! Free Product of the Year: Tony’s Workshop. Definitely addressed a lot of issues I’ve observed of the game as is. Partner of the Year: Demiplane by a mile. Great character builder. Easy to read rules resource. Fantastic staff. Book of the Year: X-Men Expansion. While I loved the Deadpool adventure (Hit-Monkey is great), the expansion book provided a lot of excellent rules additions that were much clamoured for.

The mutants have always been my favorite Marvel characters, and this book could serve as a great guide for the history and characters of the X-Teams even if it wasn't for all the amazing RPG stuff in there! Warm Fuzzies wins! lol Free Product: Tony's Workshop #1 - just a great thing to have early on. Since then, Marvel has continued to provide free content at a decent clip at the same or better quality and that's worth something. Partner: Glass Cannon - despite how essential Demiplane and Roll20 are, and how good the products from CMON appear, I think GC's exposure took the game to new heights and helped to grow the community. Product: X-Men Expansion - while the Deadpool adventure was fantastic, the X book was eXpertly put together (ha) and kind of set the bar for other future books to aspire to.

Free Product: Excalibur After the sour taste WOTC has left in my mouth over the last year and a half, to realize your page count is going to be an issue and decide to not only release the content that didn't make it for free, but to also put in the same amount of care and effort to make it look as good as the book gives me a huge boost of confidence for this team. Partner: Demiplane I love how streamlined the use of this website is. It doesn't feel bloated or cluttered, and the character builder works very well. Product: X-men Expansion I am a massive X-men fan, and I can tell the writers of that book are as well with how detailed the lore and timeline is to the dedication to all things X-Men, I think I will get years of fun out of all this book offers.

Thanks Hooly - you know, I gave some thought to some fan awards but, and I’m not sure I can articulate this well, but my gut just told me not to. It was a combination of things but mostly me not feeling confident a popular vote was the best way to go. I’m not worried too much about that with the 3 awards I came up since all the nominees are professionals and therefore already getting feedback whether it is via Amazon reviews, online comments, etc. Not all fans have signed up for that. Maybe an approach where folks could opt in, maybe submit an adventure and have it reviewed by a panel of folks. And maybe something that focused on first time creators as well, helping to elevate / encourage them.

Haha, your sample vote is very close to my actual vote. Free Product: Rivals Partner: Glass Cannon Book: Deadpool I think Rivals just gave us so MUCH content for nothing, characters, a map and rules. Glass Cannin have been real embassadors for the game, I've shared alot of their content with my players to either build hype or showcase rules. I do think the X-Men book was awesome, but Deadpool just pips it out for me because the scenario itself is so creative and on brand for DP, and again the maps and characters all include for such an affordable price! Thanks for all the content this year Fuzzy. Hope you continue to flourish in 2025.

Is there any chance of a quick review on the Kang Adventure?

I don't think I'd do a full review on it - I've talked about it a few times online, but in general, it just isn't my kind of adventure. I was never a big fan of Kang in the comics and I kind of like a slower/balanced pace of ranking up (i.e. Getting Schooled). I understand the appeal of taking a character from rank 1 to 6, but I much prefer playing/narrating at ranks 2-4. I never actually completed it, and likely won't ever do so. Sorry!!!
