For those who don’t know or know a Passing knowledge of Squirrel Girl, Monkey Joe was Doreen’s first beloved Squirrel that helped beat Doom for the first time. Sadly he got squished and killed by a Villain named Leather Boy. Rip the Goat that helped take down Doom.

The artifacts you weren’t able to identify. The one with the hand and eye is called the Hand of the Dead. The second sword is either the Sword of the Ultimate Shadow, a sword that can cut even the Astral Form and through magical protection. Or it’s what I prefer to believe is the Scalpel of Strange. Doctor Strange’s first original magic artifact that he himself created. It lets him cut through space and time. Handy in case he doesn’t have time to make a circle motion with his hands.

@ Well the vast majority of the time I play as C&D, and while yes they are powerful the move set can take some time to master. Plus arguably every character in Rivals (spare one or two), are OP in their own right.

That Jason Aaron run of Doctor Strange was the first real comic run I read and loved, so I always enjoy seeing nods to it in other things. Also, I think Mr. Knight’s Agency is meant to be the Midnight Mission from the Jed Mackay Moon Knight run (though I think the Midnight Mission is also on the Convoy New York map, so I may be mistaken). Also an incredible comic run. Oh, and I’m a Wolverine main.

I’m pretty sure that the red crystal encased at the Sanctum is the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak - which gives Juggernaut his power. Cyttorak was actually first referenced in a Doctor Strange comic before appearing as Juggernaut’s patron in X-Men - so it’s a fitting place for the gem to be in Rivals! I really, REALLY hope this is hinting at a future update introducing Juggernaut as a playable Vanguard!

9:09 I really, really want Fisk as a Vanguard in rivals. He could be the answer for people who want to play a more body blocking tank, so like the hulk but his ultimate would instead grab a target in front and slowly crush the life out of them with a bear hug. I could see his other abilities being to give buffs to allies, either by throwing out cash (like the civilian in team Fortress) or giving a rallying cry. I'd have him also have a staff, so he's not just punching but also swinging a staff around. Being able to have a kingpin v dare devil or spiderman would be amazing. Id have it balanced by if the duelists are able to get in damage while avoiding getting grabbed or smacked, and if the kingpin is out of position/no heals then it would go in the duelists favor. But if the Fisk player is surrounded by their team and times their defensive abilities right, they can wear down the lower health duelists enough to finish them with a good punch or staff blast
