I already did, just not on this game, typically unreal engine games gain a bit of fps without SMT (provided you have enough cores) by about 5-8%, its not game changer but it helps and it ads up with other optimizations.

Also could you try 1440 with 100% render scale?

Apologies but im not going to revisit this game anytime soon and i very rarely do 1440p resolution, i mostly stick with 4k and soemtimes rarely 1080p for games like these :)

How bad does the game look with 50% render scale? Would you play the game like that if you enjoyed it (hypothethically course)
@h1tzzYT7 күн бұрын
it looks pretty good because it was still using TAAU and i definitely could play like that, but for me as a complete casual in this game even epic settings were fine because input latency still felt fine, i would probably use low settings but 100% render res.

What is the noise level like when the card is being pushed to the max? Are you bothered by it?
@h1tzzYTАй бұрын
What might sound a bit crazy, but since i upgraded my cpu cooler from noctua nhd15 to 360mm AIO as exhaust my gpu temps dropped immensely, by about 7-8c, which decreased GPU noise a lot, so now its very silent even at max gpu load, where before it was OK, but not great.

Well I have a Noctua NH-U12A. Which should be very similar to your old cooler. Noise is very important to me which is why I even have a soundproof dampened case. I was also scared of water coolers for pump noise/clicking and potential leakage. Is it better than the Noctua in your opinion?

@@WaylandGaming Yes its much better even than my old nhd15 chromax, and the pump noise is literally inaudible at least to me, so its overall much better experience now. I have it covered in my earlier video where i reviewed my "new" icefloe 360 aio, if you are interested you can check it out on my channel, i did a comparison between them and talked quite a bit about that. :)
