Cloak dagger, do some illegal stuff.. people just don’t play them correctly. Higher dmg than a good chunk of dps without the need for headshots+ insane aoe heals and probably has the least appreciated utility in the game.

Problem with jeff is that your ult makes one healer go away trying to use his ult. Same issue with loki. a sup ult that takes your healer away even for 10 sec needs to get enough kills to warent it or its throwing. Both their ults CAN be game winning but gurrented value is better then potental value.
