The Black Widow bit is wrong. The falloff is for un-scoped rifle only. There is no falloff when scoped. The un-scoped left is called 'The Red Room Rifle' while the right is 'Straight Shooter' there are 2 separate entries on the site for them and handled as 2 separate abilities.

Might wanna check your videos more before uploading, you make a few mistakes (like saying healer then strategist when it should be strategist then duelist) and at 13 mins you leave in a bunch of repeated takes.
