Marvel Rivals Gameplay - Luna Snow [Closed Alpha Test]

some Luna Snow gameplay recorded from Marvel Rivals game during its current closed alpha test.
This game is like Overwatch or TF2 but with Marvel theme. I like the art style and voice acting so far. Hero gameplay is fine i guess, needs a lot of min-maxing though, some heroes are super powerful and some are really meh despite having harder gameplay mechanics. music is nice and it's a somewhat polished game for a closed alpha game release. If they manage to balance stuff and keep updating things (and don't be like useless Blizzard), this game can be a nice hit.
I play Luna Snow in this video and she is an easy healer to start with, i like her playstyle and i like support in general.
I played a bit with Loki and Mantis but they have less healing output and for now i need to carry healing xD
I tried Storm (a dps or Duelist in this game) for some matches as well, i really liked her playstyle and i'll upload something with her too.

Thank you for the gameplay video. I saw a video with all the characters, and I was instantly obsessed with Luna Snow. Really seems like a character made for me from the ice aesthetic, to the overall design, being a support type, with the name Luna Snow of all names (personal characters I made in my teenage years were based around a name like that). Not much gameplay came up for this character compared to all the DPS characters, so I am happy to see some supports out there. I can't play myself, but I will definitely be keeping an eye on this game.

That is awesome! I really like her aesthetic and the abilities too and her VA (like others in game) did a good job imo. Yeah, people usually post more about dps + they can make more fast-paced clips from it and get more engagement but I always try to main support in games from long ago. I blame Discipline Priest from World of Warcraft for shaping my interest xD Hope you can get to play with her and like the experience 😊

@@MHShokuhi I totally feel you on playing support. When I first started Overwatch years ago (haven't played since like 2016 though), I picked Mercy because of her design, and had no idea that I was going to become a Mercy main and actually enjoy support. Now I have much greater respect for that role, so shout out to you and the other support players out there. If the game released on console, then I will pick it up. I would be willing to play on PC, but I have zero experience with mouse and keyboard, so I'm not looking to learn unless it's necessary, but I'd learn for this game if it doesn't end up cancelled by the devs (I doubt that will happen, but you can never be too sure these days, you know)

When ppl said this game its focus to compite with OW2 instead of Paladins or hero shooters in general they were not lying. Rn gives me a lot of OW2 vibes but for some reason reminds me to early Paragon too.

Yeah, it definitely feels like OW2 and you can but more chaotic and melee is more satisfying and user friendly xD

hmmmm i dont like the way she heals....and i wish she had more ice abilities or something to help her get out of sticky situations.

She is like Kiriko meets Mei on easy mode xD and I feel the game tries to be much less complicated than overwatch so it appeals to a broader audience. everything has some kind of drawback I guess. she has higher healing output than Loki and instead he has excellent abilities to evade enemies. her ultimate is another super powerful thing to escape though, you are kinda invincible (insane HoT) during it's cast (and in healing mode instead of speed mode)

Beside asking a friend who is above level 6 and getting lucky (not every level 6 can get a key, it's limited each day how many can get them), you can try devs giveaway at their Discord server and I think there are twitch lucky drops too or something for watching streams. check their Discord, it should be there.

He was never in the announcements. He and many more characters can be in the future updates and seasons though. It's just a closed alpha test.
