18:58 Full agree with her. I've also seen a ton of people complaining about the strength of ults, especially one shot and supporter stalling ults. They are both extremely important to the current balancing, if you remove the one shot ults, you will quickly get overwatch tank meta. If you remove or nerf stalling ults, it will make every other ult overpowered because there'd be nothing to counter them anymore. If anything people should ask for ways to counter Luna ult, not just demand generic nerfs. Like what if all damage knocked her back slightly so you can push her away from objectives.

Well the problem with having such game changing ults is that the games very quickly become about who has the better ult economy rather than who’s a better player. One small misplay with an ultimate could end the game, as it will give the enemy team the upper hand when it comes to the economy. Which is extremely boring to watch at higher levels of play IMO.

Hard agree! I think OW took a hammer to some of these issues whereas Rivals has a chance to make some interesting counters. I’d love to see anti heal, stealing healing or like you said some ways of moving her and cutting her off from the team ​@@cody6550 I don’t see the problem with that tho. Ults are supposed to be significant. If they don’t have the clutch factor, I’d argue that’s more boring to watch

​@@cody6550except that quite a lot of normal abilities already counter ults. For example Peni's webs counter a lot of one shot ults like iron Man's and have only a 3 sec cool down. So it's way more complex than just managing ults. You have to understand who counters what and be strategic in both ability and ult usage.

That person talking about the twitch ban doesnt understand twitchs rules which while KIND OF STUPID they have clarified. Basically if you make the focus of your stream sexual content for a long enough period then you are banned. This has come up with some vtubers being able to get away with lewd toggles but only used for a split second, however I remember Camila had a toggle to both flash her panties and move her model to the middle of the screen that I think were viewer activated, and when both of those were used while she was afk she got banned for her panties being up in the middle of the screen for like a minute. It's kind of weird but does make sense with regard to situations like sudden unexpected nudity being looked over if the streamer doesn't focus on it such as VRChat lobbies having random people show up with nsfw avatars, however twitch doesn't always enforce their own rules correctly adding more confusion.

The world has gone full artard if someone gets banned for showing a video game character wearing more clothes than the horse women in the hot tubs. There are teenagers painting their nude bodies on twitch and it is called art but that cartoon artwork is obscene. That is the world people are ok with.
