12:30 I have this happen to me. It’s a type of lag where output packets are dropping but not input. So you see the fights happening and are moving around. But none of your abilities or ults work and your really running head first into a wall to everyone else.

It’s from Rocket’s B.R.B. Station. It gives a teammate revive and drops armor and jump boost packs. That icon is from his jump boost pack. As a Wolverine you can use it to jump kidnap an enemy and go super far with them.
