I honestly did not expect to be crying as hard as I did by the end of this trailer. As a lifelong moviegoer the theater has always been my home away from home. But this past February Cinemagic, the largest theater chain all of northern New England, went bankrupt and permanently shut down all its theaters. Now there isn’t a single decent theater within 35 miles in any direction of where I live. I hope to god that AMC or Regal will buy up the abandoned theaters by June because not only do I want the first time I see Black Widow to be in theaters but the one social activity I miss more than anything in the world since this pandemic started is the feeling of being part of a group of fanboys and fangirls and being part of a new group of friends for the next 2 and a half hours.

With regards to Black Panther, the title is passed from generation to generation, from warrior to warrior. Cap Civil War demonstrated that the Black Panther mantle and the mantle of King don't necessarily have to be the same person. T'Chaka was still king when he passed the mantle of Panther to his son. It is possible we have one character take political leadership and another character taking the Panther mantle.

Finally fully vax'd and went to the movies for the first time in over a year last week and it was BLISS. Felt completely safe and even though Mortal Combat was just okay the experience of being back in a movie theater was emotional to say the least

While I greatly respect Martin Scorsese as one of the greatest directors to ever make movies, but after my reaction to this new Marvel video and watching other movie lovers react to it on KZbin, let me be blunt about Mr. Scorsese's comment that Marvel movies are not real cinema... And I say this with all the reverence in the world, but like a quote I saw said “A fool is made more of a fool, when their mouth is more open than their mind.”

Alright here is the thing I'm excited about all of these and Rob has really gotten me excited about Eternals. Plus I won't make the same mistake again, when Guardians of the Galaxy came out I was like "Huh? Not really interested" but that's one of my favorites. I don't know really anything about the Eternals so I'm excited!! But for me I gotta pick Guardians 3 as the one I'm looking forward to most. I'll say top 3... Guardians 3, Eternals, and Doctor Strange 2. But stoked for all of them! Now! We'll see you all at the Movies!!! Can't wait!!!

I would actually post the story between the snap and the blip and built the new Black Panther in that time. T‘Challa wasn‘t around in those 6 years, so practically Wakanda didn’t have its King within these times. Make it kind of an origin story for the new black panther and move on with everting Post Blip in BP3.

In the The Marvels logo there is another symbol in the A. I’m assuming it’s Monica Rambeau’s symbol (it doesn’t look much like the symbol she usually has in her costume). What if they turn her into Blue Marvel? That way the name of the movie will make more sense than if she was Photon, Quasar or Pulsar.

There's so many great choices to take over the BP mantle (Okoye, Nakia, W'kabi, M'Baku, Shuri) that I hope they don't bring in a new character to take over. Unless they bring someone in to be a John-Walker esque "villain". Maybe played by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II or John David Washington.

Amazing trailer/release schedule announcement! For a most anticipated installment? Hmm... Personally, I'm still in the hangover phase after Endgame, but with this 'trailer' Im starting to feel my anticipation getting re-energized. SO... I'm going with a tie between Thor Love & thunder and Black Panther 2. Eternals are up there, but only because of the great Chloe Zhao - the property is still too unknown for me to really be excited about them. Can't wait to see what kind of crazy movie Waitiki has in store for us with Thor 4 combined with Christian Bale assigned as the villain. And Black Panther 2 is ofc due to my curiosity to see how they will handle the passing of Chadwick Boseman and pass on the mantle of the Black Panther.

May the 4th be with you all. Personally I'm excited for all of the upcoming MCU movies. But if I had to pick one, my very biased pick would have to be Thor 4. I totally loved Thor Ragnarok and being a New Zealander myself, I love that Taika is smashing it on the world stage. Hopefully he can re-capture the "lighting in the bottle" (pun intended) from Ragnarok. Also adding Russel Crowe, another great New Zealander, as well as Christan Bale and Natalie Portman back, it's gotta be all sorts of awesome! Happy StarWars day everyone

I teared up hearing Stan Lee’s & Chadwick Boseman’s voices. They are greatly missed. (R.I.P). The Marvel trailer was beyond epic. I’m looking forward to every single movie announced. My most anticipated movies though are Black Widow, Doctor Strange 2, Thor 4, Black Panther Wakanda Forever, Ant-Man 3 and Fantastic Four. We eating good going forward. Covid19 can fuck off. If theres a passing of the torch per sey I can see mbaka, to bring all the tribes together, or Nakia, since they could have been married off screen. I just like the kid thing a lot because it allows for a easy introduction to anymore down the line, he tries to invade as the kid is learning to lead and movie ends with the kid becoming the BP

Wakanda Forever: Opens with respectful T'challa funeral. Shuri will briefly suit up to thwart some threat and maintain the Black Panther mantle. M'Baku gets an upgraded white suit (think tank/bruiser) - at some point briefly White Wolf makes a cameo appearance to help out in a suit of his own. The vibe of this movie will be "WE ARE BLACK PANTHER" by the end of this movie we get a tease for Namor/Atlantis.. and 2nd tease of Wakanda spiritual plane.. Killmonger coming back from the dead. He's been chosen by the Wakandan spirits for a purpose, he needs to redeem himself.. 3rd movie opens with Erik Killmonger as the new Black Panther to vs Namor.

To respond to John's "question of the day," there certainly is no wrong answer for most anticipated movie from this slate...but for me, the Doctor Strange sequel holds too much promise. Because he was so instrumental in the last two avengers movies, and Wanda's recent outing...Multiverse of Madness has my money. But Eternals has my attention as well. (Side note: I'll be going to the theater to see all of these.)
