Ah, i had the exact same moment happen to me bro. Saw the crane, brain goes 'waitaminnit' dive bomb in place and... Yep, flung into a building, web line connected to top of the crane tower, not the horizontal crane bars. It is possible just tricky to get. You're great btw. I suggest doing some central park traversal trying to use looping on trees, lake skimming and corner tethering on the trees and poles (poles are easier. Also if you dont know its easier to corner tether something in range right as it's in the corner of your camera BEHIND you, if its in front of you you'll just dodge.) Keep it up dude, i''m going to keep trying to find the fine mechanics hidden in here.

Get the upgrade that lets you hold circle to swing horizontally on objects. It works on poles/beams/cell phone towers too, you can get crazy speed if you use the spider dash then loop around them
