Do you know the resolution on RT performance mode?

It’s dynamite resolution.. it should be mostly 1440p but I am not sure on this. I don’t know how to measure actual resolution. But looks very solid like 4K.

Dynamic 1440P it means that the games highest resolution in this mode is 1440P but it can drop in resolution to secure a stable frame rate, the resolution can go down to 1080P but thanks to top tier upscaling techniques by the developers it looks like 4K

I have a question ... In some ps5 games like ac Valhalla there are some frame drops in 60fps mode (the games are running at dynamic 4k) and there are also 1-2 frame drops in this spiderman game (performance rt mode) so If I set ps5 display setting to 1080p then will there be no frame drops in the game ?

I'm not sure about AC Valhalla but Spider-Man for on performance RT doesn't even drop a single frame. It's very much locked 60 FPS. I hope they bring VRR and that'll solve it for you. if you have a compatible TV.
