I had that problem too with my desktop pc, so I reinstalled Windows, and that worked for me bro. But it could your ram or the temperature of your gpu or cpu

Its either ram, storage, the heat or it could entirely be on the game’s optimization, what ram do you have? How much storage is available and are you playing in a cold environment?
