I love this game mode the more I play it. I am very glad marvel snap has a new way to play this game overall. We can only hope that Second Dinner see how positive people are taking this game mode it will also make them see the potential in improving/changing things like conquest cause as it stands it just feels like ladder but longer.

The only thing I'd add is a streak mechanic. When I was playing without missions, 20 pts per win was tough to justify. Just add 20 per consecutive win.

You only need like 12+ mission cycles to get everything. But I do understand those that don't have much time like I do, tho. 3 missions slots are kinda ass.

I think this is the best event they've ever done by far. The deckbuilding puzzle and mechanics change is super refreshing. I spent way too long working on an Agatha Darkhawk control deck that would honestly be really good if everyone wasn't playing Blob 🤪

I like how easy this mode makes it to play and complete bounties. Agony is easy to get.

found it to be a really fun mode and have finished the rewards track already (which is fine, though rare for me). Hope you and fam had a good weekend away!

I knew i wasn’t the only one noticing that Snap double charges you!! That’s why i buy through Nuverse now and it’s always right on the dot. Lost so much to those double charges and when I would dispute them, nothing would come of it.

This is fascinating - I take it you made this on day one, and it’s like looking back at a different era. Everyone’s got sideburns and shoulder pads. I think SD judged the mode really well relative to the rewards on offer, it’s a blast to play for about as long as it takes to easily earn Misery, and at that point it’s evolved into Alioth vs Cosmo vs Shang, and it’s a relief to go play the longer game again.

@@JeffHoogland Oh that’s interesting - makes me evaluate your opponents here quite differently, though I suppose you could have met people who hadn’t been playing much of the new mode themselves. Glad to see you back, anyway. I have nothing against Pokémon Pocket, but my life has room for one game along these lines, and for the moment it’s Snap, and your videos for it are fun.

@@chriscatharsis5236 no, you can play any cards you want. These are the cards Jeff felt like playing. Why he’s playing them is because it seems like a good combo. Why he’s not playing other cards is because it’s 1 minute into the video.

I’m glad that others are enjoying this game mode, it’s not for me though. I’ll just wait for Deadpool’s Diner to return lol
