I've been playing this game since the beginning and I would say that they're pretty equal. Their power attacks knockdown the enemy and they both have an armor boost. Scarlet Spider is probably better against villains though, but his HeroUp can miss at times. You don't really need to use it at all and Black Panther's HeroUp is as good as Scarlet Spider's. Scarlet Spider is the better hero, by a small margin.

Cools power emotes, I dunno why black panther and black cats emotes had to do with animal reactions to things, It's not like their actually animals... Oh well... I liked kitty's emotes and 'personality' the best was using lockheed, as well too bad there's no dazzler in the game, I'd love to see her in any recent marvel game...
