The Juggernaut is NOT bigger or heavier than the Hulk. Read the Marvel Universe stats on both characters - the Hulk is bigger, taller, and heavier than the Juggernaut. Inaccurate scaling of the two characters here.

Juggernaut and hulk’s power scales every comic book, but in a lot of comics juggernaut was a lot stronger than hulk, juggernaut is impervious to physical damage, his attitude remains the same as hulk gets angrier. Also there were many times juggernaut is a great technician in fighting and even strategize on certain fights.
