Natural Passive: Vengeance Incarnate Passive: Drax recovers HP upon KO'ing an enemy. Passive - Vengeance: Upon leaving combat, Drax inflicts a [Vengeance] mark on the enemy hero with the most KO within a set time. Drax receives reduced damage from the marked target and increases Movement Speed when moving toward them. Ability 1: Lacerate Passive: Hitting an enemy with Ability 1 and Ultimate inflicts a [Wound] on the side of the enemy. Hitting the target with Ability 1 and Ultimate again on the side of the [Wound] deals extra damage. Active: Drax hurls his dagger in the specified direction, dealing damage to enemies in its path and inflicting a Slow. Ability 2: Relentless Passive: As Drax's HP changes, he either receives Ability DMG Up or Dual Resistance. Active: Drax increases Movement Speed and gains Reduce Control. His basic attacks also deal damage to enemies inflicted with [Wound]. Ultimate: Vendetta Passive: Drax inflicts a [Vengeance] mark on the specified enemy hero. Active: Drax leaps toward the specified enemy hero, dealing damage and inflicting a [Wound].

For short : you can use it to to target whoever you want , get close to the target will help speed up and buff ultimate damage . If you kill the target it will randomly count how much target you have kill , and yet the counter do absolutely nothing
