You interpreted the Deliver Packages mission(s) correctly -- even though I referred to (A) and (B) as a single mission, the intention was that clearing (A) would count as clearing one of the three missions. For the "End of Turn" on the Reindeer Games threat, it's meant to happen at the end of every turn whether a Hero is there or not. But it shouldn't break anything if you only clear it when a Hero ends their turn there.
