He can run several times faster the time, can phase through anything, and even if Thanos somehow was able to use infinity gauntlet flash can just hide inside his Speedforce, where he is untouchable. and this is just tip of an iceberg. DC characters tend to be Over Powered but they are being nerfed in stories because no one wants to see every problem being solved instantaneously.

Hear me out, I know exp doesn’t always mean age, but if we talk about hero work, given the arrow season 1 to flash S9(cus why not), Oliver has been a hero for about 11 years, while Cap became Captain America in 1943(or 44) and Black Widow does state in WS that cap’s last kiss was probably 1945(1-2 years as Cap in WWII) and Cap thawed in 2011, and fought in Avengers one(2012) to Endgame(2023), meaning Cap was a hero for about 13 years(could be wrong though but this is my opinion and this is still a fire edit! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥)
