I think a Limited Run is pretty much guaranteed to happen if those get ported to new hardware. I get the sense it would be a timed exclusive for Nintendo first like the other Switch games when Nintendo helped with TSA being physical I think.

Suda did say that he is talking with Marvelous to port both games to the PS4. We might even see PC and Switch ports as well, since TSA is not only on PS4, but on Switch and PC as well.

I just hope they don't get TOO wacky with this one. I'm glad that SUDA51's back as the creative director, since the games he direct tend to have a serious element to latch on to and a method to the madness. The Silver Case presents itself as an eerie crime drama, with interactions between the HCU detectives helping to alleviate the heavier moments and adding a slice-of-life element to it. But gradually devolves into a large conspiracy that every character is a part of in some way. The 25th Ward is a borderline dystopic sequel in which the entire area it takes place in is just one big farce under the control of the government, where everyone's life is an experiment in the pursuit of studying criminality. Killer 7 presents itself as an episodic semi-on-rails shooter, in which Harman Smith can call upon his 7 assassin familiars to take out a dangerous threat to society: The Heaven Smile. Yet with each chapter cleared, there seems to be dire consequences of your actions, and in some cases it feels like you're stirring the pot of political unrest. And finally, No More Heroes plays itself out as a legitimate asssassination game in which contestants must reach for the top and become the No#1 ranked assassin. Seems whacky enough, but the fights mostly play out as maniacs dressed up as heroes killing each other in warehouses, or on the beach, or underneath a stadium. They don't end in fanfair, they end with a person getting killed, and the winner moving up a meaningless rank. This is made all the more cruel when Travis finds out the whole assassins association and the rankings never existed. It was one big con, to bring Travis closer to enacting a revenge plot he had forgotten after one drunken night. It's these details, these darker sides to the games that got me into Grasshopper's work in the first place, and especially SUDA51. They're not trying to be wacky for the sake of being wacky. There's a darkheart to it, and the wackyness was never the focus. That's why I didn't enjoy their last-gen offerings anywhere near as much. I remember going through the motions when playing Shadows of the Damned, because it wasn't much fun as a game, and while the story was a fun enough romp through hell, the comedy was so forced and on-the-nose that it started to become whitenoise. Couldn't even finish Lollypop Chainsaw, but what I did play of it just screamed of Grasshopper trying to meet the "It's SUDA51! Ahyuck!" quota. And while I definitely enjoyed Killer is Dead a lot more than the other two, and was happy to see the Lynch-inspiration present in the game s Suda directed, it still felt like the devs were trying to meet that ridiculous quota. So I hope to god that NMH3 maintains that introspective side. I'm all for a fun action game, but I don't want this to be another design-by-comittee mistake on Grasshopper's resume, especially not when TSA was a return to form.

TSA was more on the pure wacky side of Suda than I'm comfortable with (though you're right on it being a more inspired sort of wackiness than the non-Suda-directed games that came out before it), so if you liked that game I assume this one will be similar. I wouldn't mind seeing Suda do another game with the relatively more down-to-earth tone of NMH1 and Killer7, but I'm just gonna enjoy what I can at this point.
