You are telling the stories of two different Harley Quinns. Originally, the animated series version. She has no super powers of any kind, ever. She was just incredibly intelligent, and basically had highly trained gymnast abilities. Which meant she was stronger than average also. Nothing super human though

Eh no, original Harley Quinn is not immune to all poison and no she is no meta-huma just like The Joker or many other Batman villains. She have been given protection injections against many poison types from Poison Ivy, but they are not permanent. Re-boot versions fine, they are like most DC reboots just bad written and drawn so all past about 2010 or so I pass. Only power she got is plot armor and high popularity for some odd reason, for me, unknown reason.
