Don't be silly. If you eat just ONE THING, and eat 24/7, it's gonna be bad for you: you name the "most healthy foods": Broccoli, fish eggs, unsalted potatoes, tomatoes, kale, lettuce, apples, walnuts, peanuts, pecan nuts, noodles, fish, spaghetti, grasses, leaves.... doesn't matter, if that's all you eat, it's gonna be bad for you. Pizzas are some of the best foods, because half a dozen or more actual, NON-PROCESSED food tidbits are put on them. The dough & the cheeses are the only processed parts of it. The other 80% are just meats, veggies, fruits, etc. Just eat them a few times a week and only eat moderately. That applies to 100% of the foods & drinks we eat & consume. Problem with people is, they are too lazy: they shove very delicious --- aka fat foods --- inside their throat and they just lie or sit there. If you burn off the calories from those RICH FOODS.... by doing hundreds of sit-ups, pull-ups, push-ups, walking, running, etc ---- you can eat them again and again, moderately....
