for me. i have a habit of working out so i walk to work and walk back home. i don't buy junkfoods, softdrinks or energy drink and i cook for myself no rice just vegetable, fruits and fish and meat no pork. so i already save up my savings and look healthy killing two birds with one stone.

same here, naglalakad ako para maka burn kahit konti lang kasi buong araw naka upo then at d same time save narin ng pera. di rin ako nakikipag trend like milk tea mydays , not bec diko kaya bilhin but napaka high ng sugar niyan, super conscious ako sa health ko, inner wellness, peace at balance and am so proud of myself lately lil by lil , by spending less means having more :)

Pero salamat sa malupet na paalala na mag-save for the future, I learned to save money the hard way nung magka emergency sa family, ubos pera nung magkasakit si nanay ganun din si lola, na lumpo talaga kami sa gastos sa ospital dun ko lang nakita yung importance ng may emergency fund at health insurance kaya ngayon ung ibang natitirang matanda sa pamilya pinapakuha ko na talaga yoko na maexperience ulit yung di mo alam san kakamutin yung pambayad sa ospital at pambili ng gamot 😐😐

From the first time I received my paycheck, nagsave talaga ako kahit na nagpapa-aral ako sa kapatid ko tapos nagpapadala pa ako sa parents ko monthly. Sa ngayon po, I already have my own family. My son is already 2 years old and currently I am pregnant. I was able to build educational fund, emergency fund and retirement fund. Di pa po masyado malaki peru I see to it to add up whenever my extra cash ako. Watching from Dumaguete City. May 7, 2020😊
