CULTURE (Joseph Hill) is the greatest reggae song writer I've seen. You will argue and compare him to Bob Marley and others just because you haven't really heard his works. His versatility is unmatched. Sweet melodies are his hall mark. So sad such a great singer left us unannounced. Indeed he was a humble African. My warm greetings and condolences to all his DIE HARD FANS! We lost a legend but his legacy lives on. REST WELL MY LEGEND
