its so nostalgic watching my girl lead, throwing them old counts and keeping that "classic doll" tradition going and its also a smart idea as captain because they're a lot easier for her crabs and minimize some hiccups, and tbh she really have a good team, you guys are really hard on her but u got to realize everyone besides cam are still babies and still figuring out there own groove, because they have the field show down. The girls are still growing and you can see that, just a few more workshops and gaining confidence, you gonna see a whole different team and be able to see them throw current/ new counts and gag yall ☺️🤍 mark my words.

I see growth! I feel like her count selection is classic and is also building a solid foundation for the crabs. She’s doing a good job I just hope everyone gives her some grace, it’s not easy leading and teaching those girls. Send positive energy I’m sure she’s under enough pressure as it is. But pressure builds diamonds. I thinks she’s going to end up being one of the favs by the end of the season. 🤞🏽

Airelle is the first Dancing Doll captain in years to know her music well enough to stop before the music cuts off. I love the direction this ensemble is going. We had 17-20 to embrace the "hard hitting" to "honey" Dolls. Gabby changed the direction to go more towards Bougie but still "milk and honey." Now its time for the classic Milk Mania! As Doll fans, we should primarily be uplifting and enjoying the ride. Feedback is cool however, tearing these young woman down with any "constructive criticism" is unwarranted, negative, toxic, and says more about you than it does their talent. LETS GET IT DOLLS

At the end of the day, the Dolls are taking the steps to improve what needs to be. I respect that. They are making the adjustments and thats really all they can do until everyone is ready, but I know they will be, its so early yet in the season.

I love the traditional counts that Airielle is throwing! Reminds me of the style that made me fall in love with the Dolls. Sometimes simpler is better. I think as the season goes on & the team gets more comfortable being back in the stands we'll see more energetic execution, but I think they look lovely right now.

LETS GOO LADIESS!!!! i dont see nothing wrong with this team at all, all i see is growth every time, instead of calling them out on mistakes and saying who should be captain and on the team... we should be helping our dolls out by encouraging and cheering them on, as a professional dancer we feed off energy, and it builds up our confidence, the new girls are just shy and nervous because its so much pressure being on this team, we love the dolls so lets do our part as fans and the best way to help them out is by encouraging them so they can feel confident and forget about the pressure, we all witnessed ms stamper and melody growth, the sauce is definitely there 🔥 just be patient 🙏🏽

As an "old school" Doll fan, I actually really love how Airielle throws counts, from her selection to execution. You can tell she really studies older Doll lines (pre-KP) and is trying to better meld tradition with new school (which is what I think Jada was also trying to do but that damn COVID). She was hampered by them selecting so many crabs with no majorette dance experience, but she's doing a great job so far. I think there's a lot of potential in this group and I'm looking forward to watching their growth.

Airielle deserves that captain spot regardless of what is said. She just need to break from the little box she keeping herself in( throw them crabs to the wolves and let them gain resilience) & get into that mode. She been front & center every year so we already kno wassup. The stands were 95% better but the field show wit so little dolls you could see every mistake, Ashlyn still got work to do wit the field show. If the other crabs would have been on the field to perform this would have been a damn near perfect game. However this does not take away from the momentum that was built from last performance. This improvement is bittersweet because I do want the whole squad to be ready for the stands, they are all so talented and deserving. With a little adjustments to the seating I think all the dolls would have looked great this game, it was just too many errors on the front row to ignore last performance. Cam is dancing like a four-year vet supposed to, she just on another level from everybody else & that’s a fact. Something about a grown woman body and the dolls counts just go hand in hand.

I agree for the most part. For me as body goes Cam is to thick in my opinion. She could tone up tremendously. Besides she better dance like a 4 year vet. Her job is to assist Arielle in making sure the team is on point. This is what vet particularly tails are suppose to do. A second set of eyes. Good luck to these ladies.

But I will say I remember a time when great dancers with shape wouldn’t make the team, so I’ll applaud SU on being more inclusive in that regard and prioritizing the dance more. I feel like most teams have body cuts 🥴. I don’t like that part of the process but it is what it is.

Could be wrong but Arielle seems to be inspired by ‘14/‘15 era Dolls. She throws a lot of counts from those years and has a similar count selection of KP. Also I’m sure it’s distracting having people talking to her right before a song start or even during a song. I wonder what that’s about.

You’re not wrong. This is the traditional dolls style. Which has people saying she’s “boring” but these are classic counts the dolls have been throwing for YEARS! Like 2000’s and some before. She’s giving traditional doll, I like. A lot of people hopped on dolls during the Stamper Era which was great but it wasn’t traditional doll and they are going based off of that.

So glad it's not just me....at first I thought my eyes were deceiving me because I was watching Cam...but my peripheral vision was like...naw sumthin ain't right. It may be something as simple as telling her WHEN to look at the captain during certain 8 counts to see what the next one is that may help her out. Child can't take these, side swiping, threading lightly, outright lying comments No Moe..., Arielle is a Worker Bee, not captian material; her figure is sort of boyish, not feminized, but developing, to me..., but I know some might differ or dicker the points here I raise. To me Arielle is a very pretty woman, but that doesn't give you the ability to lead or dance. If I was SU, Cam would have lead or begone. Afteallr she's been a captain of a fine organization. Anyone who has been a captain once in life will always hv a captain's spirit w/in, if they were any good. They just done danced down my baby Cam. And, it just look like she just ain't hungry no more.
