This part of the song hollows out your stomach. It's so close to that pit of anxiety, nearly there but not enough. This part is for when you're on a roadtrip and you're stopped at a stoplight when its getting late but the suns still up or the exact few moments when you're pulling into a gas station late at night during that same road trip and you think, just for a second about your life up to where you are now. This part is when you put your phone down and are just lying in your bed staring at the ceiling while light from the sunset casts into your room.
