indeed. it was an amazing time. 90s kids were in shape because we sweated it out onthe dance floor. The Grind, Video Music Box, etc. For my chicagoans, CLTV late night's the R n B show they had back in like 94-95. I forget the name of it. but it ran on CLTV back in the day...
