She did say it. At 0:58 she said: "I hope you're happy, I hope you're happy now." She was a little breathless, but I heard it. That's how I've ALWAYS heard it performed. 🤷

Can confirm that she did say the full line twice, just that the "I hope" was slightly breathier and with a little bit more of a spoken quality. I'm listening on headphones, if it makes a difference.
