To answer your question at the end of the video, for me it depends on your use. Of course in the time of pandemic, you have more time at home which means that the portability the mini has have a lesser value than the ipad air or ipad 9. Going for larger screens on tablets will always be better and you can maximize it's use at home. For me, I am a gamer and I work from home. Being a gamer, the smaller it is, the better handling of controls. Over ipad mini and ipad air/ipad 9, ipad mini will give me that control handling conveniently as it fits right within my grasp. I have no problem reaching the middle part nor touch controls on the upper part. However for ipad air/ipad 9, i can still play well but u need to lay down the ipad and use your fingers for controls which is incovenient. You can't handle it easily. On my second argument, I do work from home which means I'm 24/7 facing a computer. Provided that my computer can also give me a lot of use for work and for personal ones, buying an ipad air/ipad 9 is more of a luxury and waste to me if i can have a device which also does the same. Here comes considering the point of portability as it is a tablet. I can take my ipad mini on my body bag when i do groceries, catch up with friends, pay bills outside, a quick errand or any events and just play games at the side or on waiting lines. I can play anywhere with my ipad mini without worrying it's handlying/carrying. Now with ipad air/ipad 9, if i'm going outside, i need to carry it by hand or if ever, carry a larger bag than usual but i usually dont need larger bags for my stuff when i go out. So portability comes with usability as well. If you're just at home and have no other device to use other than personal phone, ipad air/ipad 9 is recommendable specially for students/professors. It will really be your key tool for productivity. For me who have already a computer for work and phone for personal use, i need something larger than phone, smaller than computer, but which i can also carry around and ipad mini provides me that feature. It rly comes down to how you use it and how you need it. I go for ipad mini as it is, what you say on the video, my own 'sweet spot' across my devices.

I bought my iPad Air 4th Gen a week before Apple September Event, expected ko na may nalalabas na bagong iPad Mini pero di ko in expect na mas maganda yung specs nya. A little regret dahil nga sa specs but since nasa bahay lang naman ako, okay na yung iPad Air for viewing, multitasking, and for online class.

The iPad Mini is really good for online classes, the chipset that was putted is very powerful, I was there, in the Apple Event, I woke up around 12 : 56 am, few minutes before the event, then I open my wifi connection, after a few minutes, the Apple notified me that their event was on going, of course, I attended the event, knowing I can't even afford one of those, haha! The first time I saw and know the iPad mini offers, I couldn't help to be amazed 😭

Literally i've been looking for some ipad mini stuff because i like to draw digitally, then your video popped up perfectly. I really want to just draw on the go instead of setting up my laptop everytime just to draw digitally. @@atchiiekim im also torn between the two but it will always go down to your usage. Im more of a gamer so ipad mini is more recommended to me because i can handle the controls easier than the ipad air. Ipad air obviously have larger screen which u can conveniently watch movies, take notes easier but in the state of the pandemic, if i wanna go to the mall and play as well, portability comes in handy on which i can fit my mini to my body bag. However for ipad air, i need to carry it around with my hands which is not recommendable given a lot of snatchers out there. Overall imo i go with ipad mini. I can watch movies/series on my smart tv or if u have one as well. I still have my phone but most likely ill buy an ipad for gaming and portability and ipad mini solves it all.

Would still think about regarding this movie thing in me 😭😭😅😅 handy is a plus check too and also I don’t wanna bring big bag when going out coz it adds more stuffs . @@atchiiekim welcome bestie. Yeah the movie thing as well is kinda holding me back bcos as a movie/series geek, watching movies/series on a larger screen will give u the best of your ipad. But i rly dont mind. Like i said, i watch them on smart tv, phones, i also have a desktop computer so yeah, kinda solves the problem. Plus ill be playing more games than watching movies itself on the mini. Also the mini does not have any headphone jack but the speakers the mini had are the improved ones from the mini series and the only upgraded speaker on the ipad series out today. If u wanna connect the mini for music and movies, surely u need airpods or any bluetooth headset out there. Thats kinda 60/40 deal-breaker for me as i use big headphones when gaming and use headset as well for music/movies/series but the mini makes more sense to not have a jack bcos it will lose it's portability carrying around connected wires with it. So to achieve the mini's peak usage, im considering buying apple pencil and airpods as priority then smart folio if i have spare money. Im not rich! I did all my savings to earn 30k for this hahaha thats why i dig research to make the right decision as well. Hope this helps!
