@@shanericahall9847 hey hun, it's all about your hair regimen and hair resistance if you can't keep protective styles too long due to dirt or edges I'd say 2 weeks... is pretty fair. In my own case I don't worry about edges I kept it 1month and half, if you wanna keep it longer makes sure there's not too much tension on your edges then 1month is fair✌ It's up to your comfort zone 😉😊

I just wanted to say thank you thank you thank you so much for this tutorial. You saved my life. I ALWAYS get my hair braided and spend $120 each time. With this quarantine going on of course I cant get it done and I still have to go to work. Long story short. I decided to do the rubberband method and it was a big FAIL. And then your video came up in my suggestions and I tried your braiding pattern (it was a struggle because im not a braider) but i crocheted a few twist already and it came out sooo nice. My hair is very fine, blow on it with someones hot breath and it gets straight (JK). Seriously, when I brush it with Kuza Indian hemp and braid it - it is so straight when I take out the braids.
