MARYLAND ONE AT LAST!!!!!!! BWI Airplane Spotting

Anyone who knows me knows that this airplane, Maryland One, has evaded me my whole life. As a native of Maryland this is a special livery I've been dying to see forever. At long last, with the help of Flight Aware and Flight Radar 24, the plane could no longer evade me and I was finally able to capture the beauty that is Southwest's Maryland One! Enjoy!

I've seen it once or twice at BWI this year, but last week I saw when we were taxiing to the runway at Denver international. Pretty cool seeing the hometown flag in all its glory somewhere else other than Baltimore.

I love Maryland One! I’ve only seen it once in Baltimore. Marylands flag looks amazing on the 737-700. I just ordered a model of Maryland One off of eBay. I just had to have it 😂

yep my fave plane too N214WN I Am also from Baltimore MD and I work for Southwest Airlines as a ramp agent. 10 1/2 years in BWI just recently transfered to TPA.

I've been trying to see this beauty of an aircraft for quite awhile though she's always so sneaky and has avoided me so far but I did see New Mexico One yesterday, I've also seen Florida One, Lone Star One, Tennessee One, Illinois One, Triple Crown One, California One, Arizona One, Colorado One and the old Shamu liveries. Even though Maryland One has been in service 12 years I hope it is replaced when the original retires cause Maryland is one of Southwest's biggest hubs, they literally run BWI!

Jake Kellogg Cool! I'm sure you'll see it one day. And I think they'll definitely replace it when it's time to retire the old plane because they've already replaced Lone Star One and California One which used to be 737-300s and now they are 737-700s.

I surprised you hadn't seen the Maryland One livery before! I've seen it four times. Have you seen most of the SWA liveries? Good spotting, especially with the Atlas Air 767 at the end!
