Tumbling rules have changed a lot. In standing tumbling, a double full must be completed by 2 preceding non twisting flips, one of those flips must be a BHS. This basically means no more full doubles, standing doubles, single BHS doubles, double doubles, etc. Running tumbling was also changed. You cannot do full doubles or double doubles anymore. You can, however, do double whip doubles and full whip doubles. Tumbling is essentially watered down due to rule changes and not coaches choice.

F5 is really consistent and their tumbling is BEAST. But CEA has an amazing pyramid.

Senior elite and F5 have been my favorite teams for a while now but I really haven't been wow'ed by SE stunting like I usually am. F5 tumbling is their strong suit but I think their stunting is better than SE now. Their also way more fun to watch. :)

By the time worlds comes around, the routine will look 100x better. It was good now, and it will be great in Florida. This was one of their first competitions, so naturally the routine isn't going to be as good as it has the potential to be!

I love how everyone is getting so worked up about who they think is the better team, CEA or F5. Everyone is just going to have to wait and see who wins. Both have amazing shows this year. I personaly am a CEA fan but I'll be happy to see F5 cause I know the hard work that goes into the shows every year. JS

Choreographically speaking, they have the most elaborate and well-constructed routine in the division. The other teams have no regard for clean, seamless transitions. I prefer to watch something more aesthetically pleasing to the eye, as opposed to as many variations of a tick tock that a barefooted woman could come up with.

Timing is a major issue and the girls who are doing double fulls need to land their fuels fully and all the way. Also the bases need to catch higher in the cradles. This will give them a higher technique score. Just need to clean it up if they want to even come close to Senior Elite and Shooting Stars this year.

I love Tyran also but AJ is a beast tumbler of you paid attention Tyran and AJ always had identical passes. And AJ is the only one I seen ever throw double double like 2011!

I think this was an excellent routine. However I think the music was a bit to fast for them to keep up and the Tumbling could have been a lot sharper and cleaner I saw at least 3-4 girls fall or stumbling after they flip.

F5 needs to practice more. CEA and WC have much more difficulty packed in. Dont get me wrong, F5 is an amazing team with great tumbling and flying skills, but everything needs to be flawless if they want to win.

Senior elite is raining champs because F5 had a deduction. Let's not forget who had the highest score both days before deductions. Look at the masters... F5 constantly changes routines...

That's impossible. If they waited for CEA to do their stunts then copied it would be too late. In order to get a clean routine you would have to start at least a month or more before competition. It's cheerleading, and they're in the same level, meaning the same stunts can and will be seen....

Ohmygod ENOUGH. "This team copied that team-" NO. A 360 tick tock is a tick tock with a spin. A 360-up is a mount with a spin. A ball-up is basically a tuck jump mount. BUT THEY'RE ALL JUST TICK TOCKS AND MOUNTS. EVERY stunt is a variant of their most basic form. Each team has their original variant of a basic stunt. CEA has the 360/270 stretch-scale tick tock. F5 has their 360 side somi's. No one STOLE anything from anyone. Can we not be ignorant, and ADMIRE these athletes instead? Thank you.

I hate how people keep mentioning Shooting Stars. Their routine this year is crap. Their routine was bland and boring. The only routine I like this year is CA Panthers.
