towson played their asses off. Sure, getting Maryland is not ideal before semi finals or the championship game, but if you are to be deemed the "best college team" you need to put in your best work. Towson definitely put in top notch effort, its just unfortunate that Maryland had it together just slightly better than towson.

Easily the shittiest hand dealt in this years tourney, Maryland finishes 3rd in the big ten and arguably gets the “easier” side of the bracket. Absolute heartbreaker for Towson.
