God The Judge
God Almighty is the Judge of all the earth (Genesis 18:25). He sees all things, including the secrets of all men (Luke 12:3). He knows the motive of every heart. There is nothing that anyone can hide from Him (Heb. 4: 13). And it is unto Him that every human shall return to give an account of their lives on earth (Romans 14:12).
This Judge of all the earth is righteous and just in all His ways (Psalms 145:17). He will give each person the exact judgment he or she deserves (Rev. 22: 12). And it is very clear in His word that, “the wages of sin is death” (Rom 6: 23). This Judge has fixed a day of judgment in which everyone will appear before His judgment seat, “for we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ” (2 Cor. 5:10). In that day, all who are not justified shall be cast into the lake of fire, which is eternal death (Rev. 20:15). However, because all have sinned and have come short of the glory of God, none can be justified before a holy God (Rom. 3:23).

He’s virtually given us freedom and love on a platter, and all He wants is some sort of response without us acting like bitter, cynical thickheads and turning Him into some sort of circus freak. Plus, He’s given us the Bible. Do you know the first miracle was our creation, and from there everything else took off? If His plan is to bring us together the same way we make a house out of Lego it’s for a reason.

@@Unicysis You ask, "Do you know....?" My answer is, "I stick exclusively to things I know." Other than by way of wishful thinking, you have no way of knowing any of the things you assert as fact. Since the beginning of human history there has never been a single indication that any god exists at all, so it is just fantasy to attribute to this fantasy character the things you attribute to him.

In order to burst the veins, you have to bite off the skin. Furthermore, I don’t need to get polytheistic and have many created gods. I’m a Christian who only needs to have one that’s uncreated. There’s a difference, cottonmouth.

If our God has His work cut out as far as holding back judgement to give people like you a chance goes, perhaps it wouldn’t be a good idea to try and call His bluff. You don’t even know He’s thumbing through the Yellow Pages ‘cause you’re down here questioning His followers. Just because USA has now banned street-preaching in certain states doesn’t mean we can’t sup a quiet, nice cup of tea with the Son of God. The closet-praying business is still in motion as we speak. Details are still going to be sketchy, but the proof is clear.

We humans created god(s) to fulfill all our fantasies and soothe our frustrations. One of our biggest frustrations is constantly seeing injustice being committed and nasty folks getting away with it. I have no sins because I am not a member of any sect that operates on a sin basis. Most Middle Easterners are relatively dark colored, so he was probably closer to black. But I would love to see your image of what Jesus looked like. Probably a bit blurry because photography was still in its infancy.

Does His human color even matter when weighed against His purpose? If we get hung up on such things...how will we fare once we see creatures in heaven with more pronounced differences?
