@IsabelLovesIvan: Vladimir was Evgenia's boyfriend but their relationship ended. Now they don't even dance in the same company: Vladimir is a principal of Mariinsky Theatre and Evgenia is a prima ballerina of Bolshoi Theatre. Vladimir is married to Maria Shirinkina (Mariinsky second soloist) and Evgenia is getting married in April to the sculptor Andrey Korobtsov. ;)

@FerocityQueen Completely agree! I think the fairies at Genia's christening definitely bestowed the whole package upon her! She does have lovely arms, and besides that she has charm, musicality, great acting ability, beautiful feet, technique ... I'm like a parrot repeating myself, but she should have been made a Principal long ago! And this is a beautiful Flower Festival from both dancers!

Their personal life hasn't changed their artistic quality and achievement. I think Mariinsky forced Obraztsova out to Bolishoi.
