I like the use of the camera in this. It feels very natural, much how my own eye would move around or toward a work, or a space, making it feel very natural and... easeful... is that a word? It is now. Thanks.

And I personally see a strong Kandinsky influence in Laurens Legiers' work featured here. The painting right ahead at 11:19 looks a lot like 'Several Circles' (1926).

I really enjoy your videos. I can’t say that enough. I learn so much and get access to galleries and art that I might otherwise never see! I really appreciate what you do, MLB. I hope someday you will visit Charlottesville and do a video of our galleries!!! You could shine a light on what we are really about. We are the home of DMB and it’s such a great art and food city. You’re always welcome in the 434, ma’am! ✌️❤️🎨

Back near the Odeon. I didn't dig the first guy, Mr. Thick black stripes. Plus, black had no chance to compete today based on the fashion at hand. Good vid, thanks.

Lauren Legiers must be using the technique of soft multiple brush’s strokes to create these seamless (levelled paint) images. I also admired his contemporary aesthetic imagery❤❤❤❤❤

There is some real talent in the world and especially in NYC in these art shows. Abstract painting has to be the most difficult because it is pure invention. Johnny Abrahams has some very nice paintings in the timeless style of using huge color patches that twist and turn the eye. Jan Gatewood flashes on the animal world which like in nature is disintegrating and broken. The paintings are extraordinary with well-researched canvases and each one unique with colors that dance in each piece of art. My only criticism is the size of most of the paintings are so huge. I am not complaining, they're great ot look at because you can look from afar and take in the work, but who buys art that most people's flats and homes would not have wall space for them?

Abrahams is doing the simplest of abstract composition studies --- I don't understand why they are being presented as finished works.

Painting is playing with ideal conditions. To show pictures is some kind of gaming. Image transmission must be gambling.
