In 2014 at Marysville-Pilchuck High School in Marysville, WA, a shooting at the school killed 4 people and left 3 injured. The perpetrator was actually friends with all of the victims and was even the cousin of one of them. Why did 15 yr old Jaylen Fryberg decide to kill his friends at school? Tune into the video where I visit the school, give you all the information and visit the victims graves.
If you have any suggestions for any crime locations, infamous crimes or infamous people you want me to cover, (mostly around WA state as that is where I live but any state is fine) send me a message on facebook or instagram @ infamous crime locations.
Thank you for checking out my channel. If you enjoy crime related content and especially seeing me go to where these crimes happen, definitely subscribe and hit the bell to get notified of every new video. And as always, my name is Harmin and thank you for watching.

I wasn't able to find zoe galasso's grave at the time of filming this so that's why it is not included in the video. I of course now found where exactly it is so I will go back and post a picture on my instagram. Make sure you follow me over on instagram @infamous crime locations as I do post pictures of upcoming videos. RIP to all 4 victims.

I was living in Oregon at the time and was on a bus on my way to Marysville to surprise my nephew for his birthday. (He was a grade below the kids at the time) I started receiving a bunch of texts from my friend’s in Oregon asking if me/my family was okay, because they knew it was my home town and I was on my way there. And I don’t believe it was listed as a school shooting quite yet. Just a shooting in Marysville. 💔 My heart still breaks for them. And can’t fathom the trauma the survivor endorse.

Good point that remembering these people and their stories is important. It is what we should do instead of focusing on the killer. It’s sad that it’s easier to remember the perpetrators’ names because they are infamous and in the headlines. They just need to fade away into obscurity. That fame is often what these mass killers are seeking and it’s the last thing they should get.

Raymond Fryberg (Jaylen's dad) was in possession of 8 firearms illegally due to a domestic violence restraining order that he had against him. He was sentenced to 2 years (not enough) in prison. He's said to have divided the Tulalip tribe and many members, including his own family, consider him a violent bully. It looks like Jaylen was still allowed to be buried with the rest of the family, but all he got was a license plate for a gravestone. Oh well.

This one was tough to watch. I live just south of Marysville and remember the day this happened. A few people I worked with at the time had kids who went to MPHS and they were panicking trying to find out if their kids were OK. Thankfully none of them were hurt, but they were obviously quite shaken up from the ordeal. Like others have said, this video was very well done. You approached this with dignity and respect for those who lost their lives - giving a bit of a backstory for each was a very nice touch and allowed us to get to know a little more about them other than just being a victim. Thanks for that.

This was a great video for me, thank you. I had lived in marysville for 4 years of my childhood and was close friends with Gia. At the time of the shooting I had moved away so I wasn’t able to feel close and this video gave me a lot of closure on that part. Gia was an incredibly kind person and anyone who got to experience having her in their life was very lucky.

I was working in the Everett area when this happened, I remember my boss coming to share the news from her phone. @@wendywarrior2264 He got two years in prison for owning 9 guns he was legally not allowed to possess, because of threatening and assaulting his ex partner. I guess it's a reasonable guess the kid didn't have the best upbringing with a father like that... IMO the dad should have gotten way more than 2 years. Him having all those guns made it possible for his son to kill four kids and commit suicide, surely that should be more serious than two years?!

I attended Marysville-Pilchuck high school from 2001-2004. When I seen live on the news that this had happened I was speechless...to see so much pain and terror in the same places where I would meet my friends for lunch was beyond shocking. Thank you for putting so much emphasis on remembering the victims. I also lived on the Tulalip Indian Reservation while attending MPHS and can honestly say I have never met a nicer, kind or more genuine people than the Tulalips. I hope this video goes to show that we never truly know what’s going on inside of someone’s head. I hope that this helps bring mental health awareness to the forefront and we can stop such things from happening in the future. (Scott Jones MPHS 2001-2004)

New subscriber here! ☺ I love your storytelling skills and the various details you include. You're thorough and interesting. I have a friend whose daughter was born in May 2000 and just celebrated her 21st birthday. Seeing that most of these kids were born in 2000 hurts my heart. Their lives were cut so very, very short. They would've been celebrating their own 21st birthdays this year. Sounds like the killer was a passionate, angry kid. He premeditated the murders, so much so that he sent out texts to the kids' parents, and his own parents. What an awful tragedy for every family. My deepest condolences to each family and groups of friends affected. Also the school's staff and students.🌷
