Marzocchi 40mm Aluminium Trial Forks

Paul from ‪@TheHellTeamTrials‬ works on a set of Marzocchi 40mm Trial forks. There was never service manuals available for these so let's look inside. This is part 1 focusing on the left hand side compression leg, but lots of the techniques work on the right side as well.

Fantastic thanks Paul! I did my left a few weeks ago, fork seal was super stuck and spent a lot of time trying different ways to get it out, end up cutting it then pulling the cut end with plyers 😂 eagerly waiting for your next bid before I do the right side
