The dish you are using is the best as its a Made in Pakistan, SONEX brand. Healthy, hygienic, and your food cooks well even if the gas is very low as it happens in Pakistan during winter time. I use only these SONEX dishes as I have done away with Aluminium dishes and non-stick cook ware many years ago. Buy one dish at a time you will be happy with the results.
