आज मसाला किचन मे बन रहा है सुपर सॉफ्ट बटर स्कॉच केक रेसिपी | घर मे बटरस्कॉच केक बनाने का आसान तरीका | बिना अंडा के केक बनाये | रुई जैसा केक बनाने की विधि | बेकरी जैसा केक/बिना क्रीम का केक | सबसे आसान केक, स्पंज केक, पोंड केक/वनीला केक, बाजार जैसा केक, सबसे स्पंजी केक, सूजी केक, फ्रूट केक, मैदा केक, आटा केक, मलाई केक, बिना अंडे के केक, कप केक, कस्टर्ड केक, बिना ओवन के केक, मिल्क केक, स्पंजी केक, कढ़ाई में केक, ओवन में केक, शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी |
INGREDIENT:
For Cake:
* Milk(दूध) - 3/4 Cup/100 ml.
* Vinegar(सिरका) - 1 Tsp
* Sugar Powder(पिसी चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
* Oil(तेल) - 1/4 Cup
* Butter Scotch Essence(बटर स्कॉच एसेंस)
* White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 1+1/4 Cup
* Milk Powder(दूध का पाउडर) - 4 Tbsp (Optional)
* Yellow Food Color(पीला रंग)
* Milk(दूध) - 1/4 Cup
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
For Chikki:
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
* Almonds, Cashew Nuts(बादाम, काजू) - 1/2 Cup
* Whipped Cream(व्हीप्ड क्रीम) - 1 Cup
* Lukewarm Water(गुनगुना पानी) - 1/2 Cup
* Sugar Powder (चीन पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Sugar Water(चीनी वाला पानी) - 1 Tsp
* Wafer Biscuit(वेफर बिस्किट)
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) - Some
RECIPE:
Keep the Kadhai on the flame, place a steel ring in it. Cover it and keep it for pre-heating.
Take the silicone or any Cake Mould & place Butter Paper in it and keep it aside.
For Cake, in a bowl, put some Milk, a spoon of Vinegar. Mix it, cover it and keep it for 10 minutes. Then put Powdered Sugar in it and whisk it with a hand whisker. Then put Oil, Butter Scotch Essence, and mix it well. Then put White Flour, Milk Powder by sieving it and then whisk it again with the hand blender. Put some drops of Yellow Food Color, some Milk, mix it well and make a batter. Put some Baking Powder, Baking Soda mix it well. Then Put the Batter in the Cake Mould, tap it 3-4 times. Bake the Cake in the preheated pan for 30 mins on slow flame. Check the Cake & turn the flame off & keep it cooling down. Take out it & demold it. Cut the cake into three equal parts.
For Chikki, keep the pan on the flame, put Sugar, and cook it till the sugar gets melted. Then put some chopped Dry Fruits mix it and take out the mixture on an Oil greased plate and keep for cooling down and crush them with the help of a rolling pin
For Icing, Take a mixing bowl & put Whipped Cream in it then beat it well & keep it in the fridge. Take a Cake tray then put one part of the Cake & put Sweet Water in it then spread the Cream all over & put crushed in it & apply the cream again. Keep another part of the Cake & again apply the Sweet Water on it then spread the Cream all over Cover the Cake with the Cream & then decorate it with Chikki, Wafers Biscuit & chopped Pistachio. Cut it & Enjoy the Tasty Butter Scotch Cake.
